Somali President Mohamed Visits CAAS

On September 2nd, 2018, Somali President Mohamed Abdullahi Mohamed visited the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (CAAS) with his delegation. Dr. Tang Huajun, President of the CAAS, received the delegation and accompanied them to the National Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation Park. Dr. Wu Kongming, Vice President of CAAS, attended the meeting.

Secretary General Leif Forsell of Royal Norwegian Ministry of Agriculture and Food Visits CAAS

Myanmar Seeks to Strengthen Cooperation with CAAS

On the afternoon of June 26, 2018, Mahn Win Khaing Than, Speaker of the Assembly of the Union (Pyidaungsu Hluttaw) and Speaker of the House of Nationalities (Amyotha Hluttaw), Myanmar, visited the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences with his delegation, accompanied by Tondrub Wangben, Vice Chairman of the Ethnic Affairs Committee of the National People’s Congress, and U Thit Linn Ohn, Ambassador of Myanmar to China. Dr. Tang Huajun, President of CAAS, received them with great hospitality.
